At Go Green Scientific, customer satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you to resolve any issues with your order as

General Returns
Return eligibility is subject to each manufacturer's return policy. Products MUST be unopened and in original packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can confirm eligibility.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordering errors or other non-defective return reasons.
Refunds or credits will be issued once the manufacturer confirms receipt and approves the return.
Hazardous Materials
Due to safety and compliance regulations, hazardous materials are not eligible for return shipping.
Damaged, Missing, Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon receipt.

Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the manufacturer had confirmed account credit. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to with directions.
