AnaeroGen™ Anaerobic Gas Generating Sachets provide a fast, reliable, and catalyst-free method for creating an anaerobic environment suitable for cultivating obligate and facultative anaerobes. Designed for use with Oxoid 2.5L anaerobic jars, each sachet activates immediately upon exposure to air—no water, no catalyst, and no special handling required.
The system rapidly reduces oxygen levels to below 1% while introducing CO₂, creating the ideal environment for anaerobic growth. Unlike traditional systems, AnaeroGen™ produces no hydrogen gas and no pressure buildup, increasing laboratory safety and ease of use.
