AnaeroGen™ Anaerobic Gas Generator Sachets provide a fast, reliable, and catalyst-free method for creating anaerobic conditions required for cultivating strict anaerobes. Designed for use with Oxoid 3.5L jars, each sachet activates upon exposure to air—no water, catalyst, or additional equipment needed.
This advanced formulation rapidly reduces oxygen to <1% and supplements the chamber with CO₂, forming an optimal atmosphere for anaerobic growth. Anaerobic conditions are typically achieved within 30 minutes, supporting faster turnaround in clinical, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories.
The system is safe, clean, and efficient—no hydrogen gas is produced, and no pressure buildup occurs, making AnaeroGen™ a preferred alternative to traditional gas-generating systems.
