Blood Agar - Recommended for use as general purpose growth media for the isolation, cultivation, and differentiation of a wide variety of microorganisms.
Contains 5% sheep blood from a veterinary supervised, controlled herd of donor animals. Blood is guaranteed to be from healthy antibiotic-free animals.

Each plate contains 19 mL of Tryptic Soy Agar enriched with 5% defibrinated sheep blood from healthy, antibiotic-free donor herds. Plates are optically clear for precise colony observation, heavy-duty for reduced breakage, and packaged in breathable sleeves of 10 to prevent condensation. Dimensions: 15x100mm.
