instaBAG Fraser 1/2 225 mL
The instaBAG Fraser 1/2 is a 225 mL filter bag which encloses a dehydrated pre-dosed media, allowing a 2-in-1 process - media and sample preparation for microbiological analyses. Fraser 1/2 is used as a medium for primary selective enrichment for the detection and enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes. Dehydrated media is supplemented Fraser 1/2. Filter porosity of less than 250 micrometers. Compatible with any laboratory blender. It allows the suspension of 25 g of solid samples.
