These premium 2 mL autosampler vials are manufactured from clear Type I borosilicate glass and engineered with an extra-wide 11 mm crimp finish, providing a 40% larger target area that dramatically reduces needle damage and improves sampling accuracy.
Each vial features a white writing/marking spot, allowing quick sample identification and easy notation during chromatography workflows. With dimensions of 12 x 32 mm, these vials are fully compatible with Agilent autosamplers and most major autosampler platforms used in GC, HPLC, and LC/MS applications.
Packaged for efficiency and cleanliness, every case includes 1,000 vials, arranged in 10 shrink-wrapped shelf packs of 100, providing organized storage and reducing contamination risk. These vials seal securely with 11 mm aluminum crimp caps or Poly Crimp™ caps, ensuring dependable sample integrity for routine testing, QA/QC, and high-throughput analytical labs.
