MicroSnap™ Total Enrichment Device is part of Hygiena’s rapid test system for same-day detection and enumeration of total viable bacteria (TVC). Using a unique bioluminogenic reaction, the device detects light produced by enzymes from viable bacteria when they react with specialized substrates. The resulting signal is quantified using the EnSURE™ Luminometer, providing actionable results in 7 hours or less.
The Enrichment Device is used to incubate and prepare product or environmental samples for testing, ensuring accurate enumeration when paired with the MicroSnap™ Total Detection Device. Designed for ease of use, MicroSnap reduces the need for external lab testing and speeds up the decision-making process for corrective actions or product release.
With AOAC-RI Performance Tested Method Certification (#031501) and equivalence to standard culture methods, MicroSnap Total offers the reliability of traditional microbiology in a fraction of the time.
