Cobalt ICP Calibration Standard (TraceCERT®) is a certified reference material containing 1 g/L cobalt in nitric acid, designed for accurate calibration of inductively coupled plasma (ICP) spectrometric methods including ICP-OES (ICP-AES) and ICP-MS. Manufactured under ISO 17034 and characterized according to ISO/IEC 17025, this CRM provides SI-traceable measurements verified against primary materials from a National Metrology Institute (e.g., NIST).
The solution is prepared from high-purity cobalt metal dissolved in nitric acid to ensure stability, homogeneity, and analytical reliability. It is supplied ready-to-use for calibration curve preparation, method validation, quality control, and routine elemental analysis across environmental, food, pharmaceutical, industrial, and research laboratories.
Each unit is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis detailing concentration, uncertainty, traceability, and expiration data.
