Nickel Standard for ICP, TraceCERT®, 1 g/L Ni in nitric acid (nominal concentration) - 100 mL
For laboratory, institutional, and professional use only. Not available for residential or personal purchase. Orders are subject to verification.
Nickel Standard for ICP is a certified reference material (CRM) prepared at a nominal concentration of 1 g/L nickel (Ni) in nitric acid. Produced under the TraceCERT® product line, this single-component solution is designed for calibration, method validation, and quality control in elemental analysis using Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) techniques, including ICP-OES and ICP-MS.
This CRM is manufactured in accordance with ISO 17034 and characterized under ISO/IEC 17025, ensuring traceability to SI units through primary reference materials from recognized National Metrology Institutes (e.g., NIST). The standard is suitable for determination of nickel in environmental, industrial, agricultural, food, and consumer product samples, as well as pharmaceutical quality control applications.
Typical laboratory uses include instrument calibration, performance verification, regulatory compliance testing, and research involving trace metal analysis. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) providing stability, uncertainty, and traceability information is available from the manufacturer.
Shipping and Storage Notice
Please note that shipping and long-term storage conditions for certified reference materials may differ. Manufacturers determine the most appropriate shipping method based on product stability and shipping data. Some CRM standards may ship at ambient temperature even though recommended long-term storage conditions are refrigerated or frozen. This does not affect product integrity when handled according to manufacturer documentation.
