Stable Isotope Labeled Amino Acid Mix Solution 1 is a multi-component certified reference material (CRM) consisting of 17 isotopically labeled amino acids prepared in 0.1 M hydrochloric acid. This TraceCERT® solution is designed for quantitative analytical applications using LC/MS and HPLC techniques, particularly as internal standards for amino acid profiling, metabolomics, clinical research, and food analysis.
Each amino acid is present at defined concentrations (typically 2.5 mM each, with cystine at 1.25 mM), enabling accurate calibration, recovery correction, and method validation across complex biological and environmental matrices. Stable isotope labeling allows precise quantitation while minimizing matrix effects and signal overlap.
Manufactured in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034 requirements, this CRM is traceable to SI units through primary reference materials from National Metrology Institutes (NMIs). Certified values, uncertainties, and expiration information are provided on the accompanying certificate of analysis.
