Supelco® 37 Component FAME Mix is a certified reference material (CRM) containing a mixture of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) prepared in dichloromethane. This TraceCERT® multicomponent calibration standard is designed for chromatographic analysis of fatty acid methyl esters using gas chromatography (GC) or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
FAME reference standards are widely used in analytical laboratories for calibration, identification, and quantification of fatty acids in food products, oils, and biological samples. Multicomponent FAME mixtures provide reliable retention time markers and calibration references when performing fatty acid profiling using GC, GC-FID, or GC-MS methods.
