Tin ICP Standard, 1000 mg/L Sn in 7% HCl, Certipur®, 100 mL
For laboratory, institutional, and professional use only. Not available for residential or personal purchase. Orders are subject to verification.
This certified reference material (CRM) is a single-element tin (Sn) calibration standard prepared at 1000 mg/L in 7% hydrochloric acid (HCl). The solution is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) primary standards and produced in accordance with ISO 17034, with characterization compliant to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
The standard is formulated from high-purity tin tetrachloride (SnCl₄), hydrochloric acid, and water, providing reliable calibration for elemental analysis using inductively coupled plasma (ICP) techniques, including ICP-OES and ICP-MS. It is suitable for EPA Method 200.7 and other regulatory or quality control protocols requiring traceable metal standards.
Common applications include environmental water analysis, industrial quality control, pharmaceutical testing, geological studies, and academic research where accurate quantification of tin is required.
Shipping and storage conditions may differ. The manufacturer determines the appropriate shipping method to maintain product integrity. Long-term storage is recommended at 15–25 °C.
