Whirl-Pak® Heavy-Duty Sample Bags are designed for demanding sampling environments where additional strength and puncture resistance are required without changing bag size or handling. This 710 mL (24 oz) sterile sample bag features a thicker 0.102 mm blended virgin polyethylene film, offering increased durability compared to standard Whirl-Pak® bags.
Each bag is sterilized after manufacturing and includes puncture-proof wire closure tabs with interior and exterior tapes to ensure a secure, leak-resistant seal. Non-slip textured Tyvek® pull tabs allow for easy opening, even with gloves. The continuous perimeter seal helps protect sample integrity during transport and storage.
These heavy-duty sample bags are suitable for microbiological, environmental, food, and water testing applications where rough handling, sharper particulates, or higher sample stress may be encountered.
