Whirl-Pak® Sample Bags are trusted for reliable, sterile sample collection across microbiological, environmental, food, and water testing applications. This 1242 mL (42 oz) sample bag is constructed from blended virgin polyethylene film with a standard-duty thickness of 0.076 mm, providing an effective balance of clarity, flexibility, and strength for routine sampling.
Each bag is sterilized after manufacturing and features puncture-proof wire closure tabs with interior and exterior tapes to create a secure, leak-resistant seal. Non-slip textured Tyvek® pull tabs allow for easy opening, even when wearing gloves. A continuous perimeter seal helps maintain sample integrity during transport and storage.
This size is well suited for larger-volume samples where standard-duty film is sufficient and consistent handling is expected.
