Hardy Diagnostics Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SabDex), USP is a widely used fungal cultivation medium formulated to meet harmonized USP/EP/JP standards for the microbial examination of nonsterile products.
This nutrient-rich agar supports the isolation, cultivation, and maintenance of both non-pathogenic and pathogenic yeasts and molds. It is also used as a passive air monitoring medium (settle plate) for detecting airborne fungal spores and bacteria in cleanrooms, controlled environments, and production facilities.
