Hardy Diagnostics Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SabDex) with Chloramphenicol and Tetracycline is a dual-antibiotic selective medium designed for the isolation and cultivation of yeasts and molds from both clinical and nonclinical specimens.
The combination of chloramphenicol and tetracycline provides broad-spectrum inhibition of bacterial contaminants, allowing selective recovery of fungal species even in heavily contaminated samples.
