The TerraCycle Zero Waste Box™ for Aluminum Cans provides a simple and responsible solution for recycling aluminum beverage and food cans that are often discarded in mixed waste streams. Perfect for offices, schools, laboratories, and facilities looking to reduce landfill waste, this program ensures aluminum materials are properly collected, processed, and repurposed into new products.

Please send only empty and clean aluminum cans. Ensure that all containers are free from liquid or food residue before recycling.

Once your box is full, simply seal it and ship it using the prepaid UPS return label included. The collected materials are sent to TerraCycle’s Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), where shipments are scanned, weighed, and sorted by material composition. Using advanced processing technologies, aluminum is cleaned, shredded, and smelted into reusable raw material — helping close the loop on valuable metal resources.
