The TerraCycle Zero Waste Box™ for Breakroom Waste offers a simple and effective way to recycle common non-organic waste generated in office, laboratory, and facility breakrooms. Designed to capture items that traditional recycling programs often reject, this box helps reduce landfill contributions and supports a more sustainable workplace.
Please send only empty, non-organic materials commonly found in your breakroom. All items should be clean, dry, and free from food, liquid, or organic residue. Do not send biodegradable, compostable, or coated paper products.
Once your box is full, simply seal it and ship it using the prepaid UPS return label included. The collected materials are sent to TerraCycle’s Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), where shipments are scanned, weighed, and sorted by composition using advanced recycling technology. The materials are then cleaned and processed into reusable raw materials that are sold to manufacturers to create new products — completing the circular recycling journey.
