The TerraCycle Zero Waste Box™ for Home Cleaning Accessories provides an easy and sustainable way to recycle cleaning tools and packaging used in maintaining your home, laboratory, or business facility. Designed to help reduce landfill waste, this program responsibly recycles common cleaning items that are typically not accepted in standard municipal recycling systems.

Please send only non-hazardous cleaning accessories and empty packaging. All items must be dry and free from excess product residue. Do not send full, partially full, or pressurized containers containing liquid cleaners or hazardous substances such as bleach, solvents, or disinfectants.

Once your box is full, simply seal it and ship it using the prepaid UPS return label provided. Collected materials are sent to TerraCycle’s Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), where shipments are scanned, weighed, and sorted by material composition. The collected waste is then cleaned and processed into reusable raw materials that can be used in new manufacturing applications — keeping waste out of landfills and contributing to a circular economy.
