The TerraCycle Zero Waste Box™ for Hair Nets, Beard Nets, and Ear Plugs provides a safe and sustainable way to recycle commonly used personal protective items that are not accepted through traditional recycling programs. Ideal for laboratories, food production facilities, manufacturing plants, and workplaces with strict hygiene protocols, this solution helps keep PPE waste out of landfills and promotes circular material recovery.

Please send only non-hazardous hair nets, beard nets, and ear plugs. All items should be free from visible blood, heavy soiling, or contamination with hazardous materials (including ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic, or infectious substances).
Do not send hazardous, infectious, or regulated medical waste — including unused medicines or sharps. Always follow your facility’s internal safety and waste disposal guidelines.

Once your box is full, simply seal it and ship it using the prepaid UPS return label included. TerraCycle’s Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) will sort, clean, and process the collected materials into reusable raw materials that can be used to manufacture new, sustainable products.
