Use this box to recycle any material used for packing and transporting products bel which is already affixed to your box. When we receive your box, we'll safely recycle all of the collected materials.
• Use this box to recycle your used shipping materials, including stretch wrap, bubble wrap, packing foam, shipping peanuts, bubble wrap, air cushions and tape dispensers.

• Unaccepted Waste: Do not send batteries, pressurized canisters, broken glass, organics, contaminated or soiled waste. We will also not accept household hazardous waste such as pressurized canisters, pesticides, oil based paint or medical sharps, organics, broken glass, bio-medical waste, soiled diapers or expired medication. In addition, we also will not accept any item that is classified as sharps, flammable, reactive, corrosive, ignitable, radioactive, toxic, infectious, or pathogenic.
• How it Works: Please choose the size box you'd like to purchase. When you receive your box fill it with the appropriate waste streams. Once full, bring your box to any UPS location to ship your items back to TerraCycle using the pre-paid UPS shipping label which is already affixed to your box. When we receive your box, we'll safely recycle all of the collected accepted waste.
• All compliant materials collected through TerraCycle® Zero Waste Boxes are sorted and then processed into raw materials used to make new products.

In addition, we also will not accept any item that is classified as sharps, flammable, reactive, corrosive, ignitable, radioactive, toxic, infectious, or pathogenic.

Shipments of waste are sent to one of the local TerraCycle Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs). When a shipment from a collector arrives at one of the MRFs, it is scanned to record the shipment information, date, weight, and what material it contained.

Materials are sorted based on material characteristics and composition, using a wide variety of sorting technologies. Once sorted by category, the different material types are cleaned and then sent to third-party partners to process the materials into usable forms.

After recycling the waste into raw material, it’s sold to manufacturing companies who produce the end product and complete the recycling journey.
